Follow Me Friday! Week 16! Staying Motivated

Week 16 is over!
Feeling good.
Down 1.9 lbs!
Total 50.1 lbs since January 2nd!
I am just going to say
that this journey is so much easier
when you have a friend
to do this with.
 
My husband and I have 
been doing the Dukan Diet together
from the very beginning.
I don’t know if I
could have been this succesful
without him.
We have changed our lives
and the lives of our family
by focusing on improving our health.
Find an 
accountability partner.
It is such a huge help!
i will
i am strong
i can take time for me, that is okay
i am beautiful, inside and out
i CAN find time to eat a healthy balanced diet
i am not less of a person if my house is messy
i can do anything i put my mind to

I'm going to start this diet on 10/12/15. I love the oikos triple zero yogurts. How many of these a day am I allowed to have? Thank you for your help:)

Gail – I am so sorry, I just saw your comment. I have been using Oikos triple zero yogurts. The sweetner is stevia. I have been losing weight using that. Good luck. I hope you are doing well with it!

I just started the Dukan Diet after learning about it from your blog. I have a question that I hope you can answer. I am in Utah and have not been able to find yogurt without sugar. What brand do you buy and where do you get it?
