is so essential when trying to be
successful on a weight loss program.
I guess the boy scouts were right…
Be Prepared!
Up to this point
I have been really good about making a menu.
But this weekend,
life got crazy
and I wasn’t prepared.
I was running out of all the foods
that I have been eating on the Dukan Diet!
I felt almost in a panic!
Luckily,
I was able to get myself
pulled together
and figure out things to eat.
Needless to say,
I got the menu planner out
and got our menu planned for the week.
Shopping is done.
The fridge is now full of
good healthy foods.
I will not let this happen to me again.
I am committing to myself
that I will write out my menu
every week
and to always be prepared!

and that makes me excited about menu planning.
I have a place for your meals,
your grocery list,
and place for a weekly goal.
I am really loving the idea
of writing a goal for each week.
Something small I want to work on.
This week my goal is to
get at least 10,000 steps every day.
