Follow Me Friday! Week 4 Results!

I have made it through another week!
It feels good to still be going strong
on my New Year’s Goal
to lose weight and get healthy.  

I lost another 1.5 lbs
bringing my total on the Dukan Diet
to 18.8 lbs.
I had every intention of doing measurements today
but life got crazy.

I think tomorrow I will take the time to 
do them and blog them.

I spent a day or two 
working on the
 as part of my blog. 
It was more of an emotional experience
than I expected.  

Sitting and going through pictures
and writing out my feelings from
those times in my life
was both cathartic and difficult.
My heart ached and yet I also felt very 
victorious to have come to the point where I am at. 

Up to this point in my blog
I have written starting weights 
and losses 
in regards to each diet that I have started.

When I started 
Chubby for too Long
it was supposed to be about my overall weight loss journey!
Not specific to any diet type.

I will continue to keep my weight loss results
as I have done so far
but maybe I am going to add a column that states 
overall lifetime weight loss!

My highest weight ever was 286 lbs.
I was pregnant at the time.
But I had gained just over 100 lbs 
during my first pregnancy!

Do you see the chubbiness in my cheeks!
I looked like a squirrel 
with acorns in my cheeks!

So if I think of my highest weight ever
I have lost
91.8 lbs!!!!
Holy Cow!!
That is pretty amazing!!

That makes a girl pretty excited!
I have come a long way
from that 24 year old version of myself.

I will reach my goal. 
I will get to a good and healthy weight!
I will find happiness 
in other places besides food!!

I know you can too!

i am strong
i can take time for me, that is okay
i am beautiful, inside and out
i CAN find time to eat a healthy balanced diet
i am not less of a person if my house is messy
i can do anything i put my mind to
