Today I woke up in a funk!
Nothing in particular
just the blahs!!
I hate that, it can be so hard to overcome!
I am almost to the end of 2 weeks
of serious focus on my weight loss.
I start over a lot. That is ok!
As long as I never quit for good.
I decided to read through my blog
at the ups and downs of my weight loss journey.
It is very enlightening to me.
Certain struggles just stick with me.
I came across a post
I wrote almost exactly 2 years ago!!
I need to reread this more often.
Why am I doing this?
Why do I want to lose weight?
It sure increases my motivation.
Write down your why?
Journal it. Keep it somewhere you can find easily.
Don’t give up. Don’t you quit!!
I jazzercise with a friend
who has really inspired me!
She has lost almost 70 lbs in 3 1/2 months.
We recently have been sharing our
stories with each other.
Sending each other texts of encouragement
It is so nice to have a friend who
has so many similarities to me.
Sometimes we lose our belief that we can reach our goal.
We don’t believe that we actually have the
ability or willpower to actually get there.
Those feelings are untrue!
We can do this.
We need to tell ourselves that everyday!

Tell yourself at least 3 positive things
that you like about yourself!
