I decided to do a photo
of the progress I have made!
The first picture was taken
on the day that I committed to myself
that i needed to change.
I needed to make myself a priority!
I found every excuse
to not eat healthy
or get to jazzercise.
my house was messy and i need to clean it
i had a tiny cough
my foot hurt a little
i was too tired
it was too hard
I feel cranky today
I need to work on this project or that project
i have to make a list of everything i have to do today
or any other reason i could come up with…
there were a few legit reasons-
i got my tonsils out
i had surgery on my jaw.
But I let the needs of everyone else
and everything else
come before my health!
I am continually working on changing that.
The laundry will still be there when I get
back from Jazzercise!
Make yourself a priority!
Get out and sweat!
Whatever exercise makes you happy…
JUST DO IT!!
You will never regret working out…
but I can promise you will regret not going
because you felt you should do the dishes.
Committing myself to exercise is changing my life!
I know it can change yours as well!

i am strong
i can take time for me, that is okay
i am beautiful, inside and out
i CAN find time to eat a healthy balanced diet
i am not less of a person if my house is messy
i can do anything i put my mind to
